We thought it would be a perfect opportunity for us to inform you of all the latest tax saving ideas from both an individual and corporate point of view, especially in light of the increase in the higher rate of tax from this tax year.

Barry Soraff will therefore present a short presentation before the game and hopefully save some of your well earned money.
The good news is that this event will not cost you a penny and you will get a delicious 2 course lunch and plenty of drinks too.

Annual Golf Day

Our annual golf day is to be held at Abridge Golf Club on Wednesday, 22nd September 2010. All profits raised will go towards our charity PARC (Essex)

Casino Night Fundraiser

Our first ever charity casino fundraiser was held on the 18th February 2010 at Woolston Manor Golf & Country Club, Chigwell, Essex in aid of PARC (Essex). 

PARC exists to provide support to families who have a child or children with any type of additional need from a very early stage.  They have a range of children on their books including those with speech and language difficulties, autistic spectrum, epilepsy and those with physical learning difficulties.

A great time was had by everyone that attended and supported our charity on what was a horrenous evening weather wise!!!  Raffingers Stuart would like to personally thank our friends and clients for their continued support with our fundraising events.

Charity Golf Day – 9th October 2009

Raffingers Stuart, chartered certified accountants based in Woodford Green held their 4th annual Charity Golf Day in aid of Drugsline on Wednesday, 7th October 2009 at a very soggy Chigwell Golf Club.

Drugsline are based at Gants Hill and are an independent drugs crisis, information and support charity. It provides free and confidential information and support for people with drugs and alcohol related issues, their families and friends.

Despite the weather the golf was of a very high standard with the eventual winner being Mike Came who shot a very impressive 39 points. The team prize went to David Shone, Barrie Curtis, Mike Came and David Faries. Nearest the pin was won by Graham Bullock and longest drive by David Shone.

Once everyone had dried out Jimmy Jones provided some “light entertainment” and then proceeded with the auction for the evening where local businesses and clients of Raffingers Stuart supported the charity by buying raffle tickets and providing the auction items.   

Raffingers Stuart would like to personally thank everybody that attended and a special thank you for all donated items for our auction and raffle as without your support the evening would not have been as successful as it was. A total of £3,640 was raised for Drugsline.
