Directions from the M25:  Leave at junction 27 (M11) and head towards London.  Follow M11 until you reach a fork.  Take the left fork towards London (East), Blackwall Tunnel.

Come off at the next exit signposted A12 and take the first exit (sharp left) at the roundabout into Redbridge Lane East (Redbridge tube station should be on your right hand side).  Turn left immediately at the mini-roundabout into Roding Lane South.

Follow Roding Lane South all the way to the end (approximately 1 mile during which you will pass through a width restriction) and in front of you should be a dual carriageway which is Southend Road.  Turn onto Southend Road and Bourne Court is immediately on your left.
